Feel Better Card and Cricut Expression 2

Hello Friends!

Look what the mail man brought me today....

Woohoo!!! Cricut Expression 2 :)

So I was super excited to use it and decided to make a cute card using the Just a Note cartridge. This cart comes preloaded into the Cricut and has tons of cute images.

April Fool's Day Blog Hop

Welcome to It's A Joy 2 Scrap's April Fool's Day Blog Hop! I hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday! If you came here from Tammy, you are in the right place. However, if you happened upon my blog, please head over to It's A Joy 2 Scrap's blog so you don't miss any of the fun.

For this hop, we were asked to create a project that “tricks the eye.”

I decided to do a Jack in the box well actually a "lion in the box" lol :)

This is what the box looks like when it's closed

Then....Peek a boo

Finally...Surprise!!!

Recipe:

* Birthday Bash Cartridge

* DCWV Spring Stack paper

* Martha Stewart scoreboard to make 4x4 box

I made the spring to make the lion pop out, out of cardstock paper folded in a zig zag motion. Then I glued one end of the paper to the bottom of the box and the other to a 4x4 piece of paper on which the lion was glued to.

Next in line is Amy from Love to Crop. Amy is super talented and has some really fun and inspiring projects :)

Bunny Card

Hi Everyone! Today I made this cute little bunny card using the Spring Bunnies svg from Svg Cuts. I drew the face and the little pink ears :) I also folded the flower up to give it some dimension and added a cute little pearl. Cardz TV is having a bunny week challenge so I wanted to go ahead and join my little bunny card in the FUN! I hope you all enjoy :)
